Day
1 : Arrive Delhi/ Calcutta and
transfer to Hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2 : Delhi / Calcutta to Guwahati
and drive to Tezpur for an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Tezpur to Bomdila: Leave for
Bomdila 160-km (8 hrs) drive. The headquarter
of west Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh,
en route visit (a) orchid research
center at Tipi where more
than 500 species are collected. (b) Bhugan
(c) Khawa (d) Sherdukpen villages. Evening
in the hotel.
Day 4 : Bomdila
to Tawang: Drive to Tawang 180-km (8 hrs) drive
en route visit upper and lower Gompa at Bomdila,
hot water spring, tribal villages of Monpa tribe
at Dirang, visit Tsela Lake on the 14,000 ft. Evening
in the hotel.
Day 5 : Tawang: Visit Tawang monastery 400
yrs old the study centres of Mahayana Buddhist,
museum, emporium and local market.
Day 6 : Drive back to Bomdila and overnight
stay in hotel.
Day 7 : Drive to Itanagar the capital city
of Arunachal Pradesh 280-km (8 hrs) drive. En route
visit tea garden and its working factory. Evening
in the hotel.
Day
8 : Morning we visit museum, emporium
and local market and after lunch drive to
Ziro 180-km (6 hrs) drive. En route visit
Nishi tribal village, which is the biggest
tribe in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.
Day 9 : Ziro: visit Apatani tribal
villages at Hong, the largest tribal village
in Asia, museum and emporium, etc. and leave
for Daporijo 190-km (8 hrs) drive. En route
(a) Visit Hillmiri tribal villages (b) Visit
Tagin tribal villages.
Day 10 : Leave
for along 160-km (6 hrs) drive. En route visit Tagin
and Adi (Galong) tribal villages.
Day 11 : Morning visit the Adi (Gallong)
tribal villages at Kabu, Kayin and Jirdin. After
lunch drive to Pasighat 160-km (6 hrs) drive. En
route visit Adi (Minyong) tribal villages.
Day 12 : Pasighat to Dibrugarh: this day
a long drive, crossing river Brahmaputra by country
made ferry which takes you 6 hrs. The huge confluence
of the Siang and Lohit Rivers of Arunachal Pradesh
makes mighty Brahmaputra River.
Transfer to Dibrugarh airport for Delhi/ Calcutta.
